At Nutrition Clinic, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    • Opened or partially used supplement bottles or consumable products
    • Perishable goods such as foods, beverages, or nutrition bars
    • Health and personal care products once opened
    • Downloadable or digital products (e-books, diet plans, etc.)
    • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate, sanitary, or temperature-sensitive.

Return Process

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your product directly back to the manufacturer.

Before shipping your return, please contact us at {email address} to confirm your eligibility and receive the correct return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products may be refunded.
Discounted or sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your product to {physical address}.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be issued.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first and then given to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
