Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

Please note, we do not accept returns for products that are temperature-sensitive or customized for individual use.
Returns Process
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send products back to the manufacturer directly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products may be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be issued to you.
If the gift was sent to the buyer first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
